Manuel de los Santos Petrona Gertrudis, Juliana Antonia, Tomás José y Eugenia, hijos y herederos de los difuntos Manuel de los Santos y de Francisca Nicolasa, vecinos de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorgan que venden a Polonio Peredo, un solar que heredaron de sus padre, mide 36 varas en cuadro, dicho solar hace frente con una calle que abrieron que va para Los Berros, y al oriente del otro lado con solar que compró Jorge de Amaya y lo cercó de paredes, al norte tiene 34 varas por haberse rebajado 2 de ellas para la calle de San Miguel y linda con solar de José Arrieta, por el fondo al poniente linda con solar de Francisco Ortiz; al sur con el mismo Ortiz. Lo venden por precio de 51 pesos.
