Doña María Manuela de Acosta, viuda de Manuel José de Acosta, vecina de este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que su hijo José Felipe de Acosta compró unas mulas en 600 pesos al fiado, quedando la otorgante por su fiadora, las cuales están embargadas, por lo cual otorga poder especial a don Sebastián de Eguía, vecino de México, para que parezca ante el juez encargado del embargo de dichas mulas y represente las causas que acaecen para ser preferida y pagada la deuda y que la otorgante no gaste cosa alguna.
