Don Rafael de Aguilar, Capitán de Realistas Fieles de Caballerías del Pueblo de Naolinco, de donde es vecino, otorga poder especial a don Ángel Ochoa y Ortega, Subteniente de Realistas Fieles de Infantería de esta Villa, para que lo defienda y conteste cuanto a su derecho importe en el artículo que contra él ha promovido Cayetano Barrera, vecino del mismo pueblo, ante el Señor Comandante General de esta Provincia, por cantidad de pesos; a cuyo efecto comparezca ante su señoría, como en cualquiera otro juzgado superior o inferior, y presente los escritos, memoriales, representaciones y testimonios que importen a su derecho.
