Francisco y Vicente Ortiz, vecinos de Jalapa, dijeron que Antonio Jaimes, su abuelo difunto, vendió a Domingo de Castro un solar en que tiene labrada su casa con 25 varas de frente y 30 de fondo, bajo los linderos que contiene la escritura de venta realizada el 1 de agosto de 1715 y después le vendió otras 10 varas por el fondo y después de lo cual los otorgantes dicen haberle vendido 11 varas a Domingo de Castro, en cuya virtud hacen la declaración para que en todo tiempo conste y se haga la escritura conforme a lo expresado.
