Don Cristóbal Francisco García, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, albacea y heredero de doña Petrona Josefa de Castro, la cual le otorgó poder especial y haciendo uso del mismo, vende a doña Mariana Antonia Domínguez, su legítima mujer, una casa de paredes cubierta de madera y tejas, la cual mide 15 y media varas de frente y 14 varas y media de fondo, situada en este pueblo y que linda al oriente con el Callejón de Molina que sale a Los Berros, al poniente con casas de Ignacio de Quiroz, al norte con casas de don Antonio Amason y al sur con las que llaman de Diego de Vargas, al precio de 200 pesos oro común en reales efectivos.
