Don Tomás de Zárate, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende al Capitán don Manuel Bárcena Bezanilla, de la misma vecindad, un solar ubicado en este pueblo, el cual mide 20 varas y 3 cuartas de frente y 30 de fondo, linda al sur con un callejón y casa del difunto don Gaspar de Olavarrieta, al poniente con casa que llaman de don Fernando y es de don Miguel de Zárate, al oriente con casa del comprador y al norte con casa y solar que fue de don Francisco Julián de Ochoa y ahora lo es de don Baltazar de la Rosa, dicha venta la hace en 124 pesos.
