Don Juan García y López y José Antonio Valencia, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, el primero albacea y el segundo hijo único y heredero de Micaela Francisca Valencia, difunta, vecina que fue de esta Villa, otorgan que venden a don Miguel Antonio Barradas, de esta misma vecindad y comercio, una casa ubicada en la segunda cuadra de la calle de la Amargura, en la acera del lado oriente; por el fondo linda con solar de doña Antonia Domínguez; al norte con casa alta de doña María de Ortega; al sur con casa de Antonio Ortiz; al poniente con casa que fue de María de Jesús Zorrobiaga y hoy es de la Cofradía de Jesús Nazareno. La vende por precio de 450 pesos.
