Don Jerónimo de Alcalde, vecino de Perote, otorga que ha recibido de don Francisco Javier Olartegochea 200 pesos en dinero de contado, lo que es el arreglo de utilidades de don Antonio Ildefonso Rincón, en el manejo de la tienda de don Luis Ortiz de Zárate, tienda que fue embargada por una fianza a favor del compareciente, la cual no cumplió dicho don Antonio, y al embargo de esta salió oponiéndose don Luis Ortiz de Zárate alegando ser suya la tienda, formando así contienda de juicio, en el cual salió favorecido dicho Zárate. Por lo que da por cancelada la fianza que el 8 de octubre de 1788 otorgó el mencionado don Francisco.
