Don Andrés Rodríguez Rojo, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, arrendatario de las tierras del mayorazgo llamado de Cadena, otorga en subarrendamiento a Salvador Bustamante, el sitio del Llano de Judíos que está comprendido en tierras del mayorazgo, para que en él ponga rancho de ganado mayor, pudiendo pastar no sólo en dichas tierras sino en todas las tierras y aguas de la Hacienda Judíos y demás que el otorgante tiene en arrendamiento, así como hacer siembras de cualquier género, por tiempo de 9 años con una paga de 80 pesos anuales.
