Don Dionisio Cristóbal actual Gobernador del pueblo de Jalacingo y don Miguel Hipólito, Gobernador pasado, mediante don Marcos de Mendoza, intérprete, declara que don Miguel Hipólito, en 1698, año en que obtuvo el cargo de gobernador en nombre de los electores, con quienes hizo junta y cabildo para efecto de donar un solar a José Antonio Manrique, vecino de este pueblo, en remuneración y paga por haberle ayudado en la Ciudad de México en un pleito sobre tierras que tenía pendiente esta comunidad con el pueblo de San Juan Xiutetelco, sin cobrarles estipendio alguno.
