Don Manuel José Bellido, vecino y del comercio de Jalapa, dijo que don Pedro Antonio Rodríguez, albacea del difunto don Vicente Fernández de Baldimo, le vendió una casa de los bienes de dicho difunto en 1, 064 pesos cuatro y cuartillo de reales, ahora declara que dicha compra la hizo con orden y a nombre de don Juan Antonio Pérez Pensado, dueño del ingenio Viejo, quien no quiso que en esa compra sonase su nombre por justos motivos, por lo que dicha casa es y pertenece al referido don Juan Antonio Pérez Pensado, en domicilio, propiedad y posesión.
