Teresa López, morena libre, mujer legítima de Bartolomé de Betancourt, español, que está presente, como madre natural de Miguel Domínguez, mestizo, que falleció hace como 3 años, y heredera del mismo, dijo que para la cobranza de un legado que a su hijo le hizo Andrés Domínguez, vecino de la ciudad de Los Angeles, le dio poder al Lic. Andrés Juárez de Arce, presbítero, vecino de la dicha ciudad, y por el presente lo revoca y otorga su poder cumplido a su esposo Bartolomé de Betancourt, vecino de esta provincia, especialmente para que en su nombre cobre de los albaceas de Andrés Domínguez, los pesos de oro que por su testamento mandó a su referido hijo, pues también lo era del finado.
