Don Francisco Rica, vecino de esta Villa, natural de Génova, hijo de los difuntos don Pedro Rica y de doña Rosa Fortela, otorga su testamento. Declara ser casado con doña María Asunción Cisneros, en cuyo matrimonio no tuvieron hijos, y ninguno tenía bienes. Otorga se le den a su sirvienta de nombre Rosa, 100 pesos, y a Juan Bautista Burgad se dé su caballo ensillado. Declara por bienes una casa/fonda de su morada, situada en este suelo, haciendo esquina a los callejones de Flores y del Diamante. Nombra albacea al presbítero José Mariano González de Castro y a su esposa, doña María Asunción Cisneros, a quien también nombra como heredera universal.
