Don Antonio Primo de Rivera, Teniente General de esta Jurisdicción, dijo que don Juan Montañés de la Cueva, difunto, vecino que fue de este pueblo de Jalapa, le otorgó a él poder para testar y a su hermano don Enrique Primo de Rivera lo nombro albacea, y debido a que ambos se hallan embarazados con sus empleos y otras muchas ocupaciones, otorga por si y por su hermano que renuncian a los cargos que les otorgó don Juan Montañés de la Cueva.
