Don Juan Bautista Lizama, del comercio de Veracruz, residente en esta, dijo que don Miguel García y Armas fue a la villa de Orizaba a recibir y cobrar el ramo de peaje, con nombramiento competente. Por la presente otorga que se constituye fiador y pagador del referido García hasta la cantidad de 1 000 pesos, durante el tiempo que permanezca y sirva dicho cargo.
