Laureano Teixa de Senande, Teniente de Correo Mayor de este pueblo, dijo que tiene comprado a Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, una casa de rajas que se haya en la calle que baja hacia el molino de Cagigas, con la que hace frente hacia el oriente y del otro lado casa de Antonio de Castro, por el costado del sur linda con casa y solar de José Antonio Morales, por el fondo que es el oriente con solar y huerta del Convento de San Francisco y por el costado del norte con casa y solar que hoy posee Domingo de Castro, propiedad que dijo compró en su nombre, pero con dinero que le dio Juan Bautista de Torrontegui y Goytia razón por la cual otorga que cede y transfiere el derecho de propiedad.
