José Antonio Rincón, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que el Alférez Juan José Rincón, su hermano, le confirió poder en la Ciudad de México el 23 de agosto de 1725, para la administración de su recua, mozos de servicio y demás que le pertenece, fletándola en cualquier parte en la forma que se practica y entregar la carga que reciba, cuyo poder lo sustituye en Sebastián Barradas, de esta misma vecindad, para los efectos que menciona.
