Pedro Miguel Santa Ana Cagigas, natural y vecino de Jalapa, hijo legítimo de los difuntos don José Antonio de Santa Ana Cagigas y de doña Gertrudis Margarita Velázquez Zavala, otorga su testamento donde declara deja sus alhajas y muebles a su esposa doña Manuela del Villar, ordena que vendida su casa o en valor de ella, se impongan 100 pesos de principal para que con sus réditos se ayude al aceite de la lámpara del Divinísimo del Convento de San Francisco de este pueblo, nombra por sus albaceas al doctor don Manuel de Olmedo, Presbítero vecino de este pueblo, y como heredera a su alma, para que lo que quedare de sus bienes se convierta en misas y sufragios por ella y las de su intención. Tiene entre sus bienes la casa de su morada.
