Don Pedro del Puerto Vicario, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a su dependiente don Domingo Madariaga, vecino y del comercio de dicha ciudad, para que a nombre de él y de los derechos que le asisten como curador ad litem de don Mateo Domingo Aragón y Vega García de la Acha, menor hijo de don Dionisio Aragón, de aquella vecindad, conteste y represente sus derechos en las diligencias que a su instancia del citado su padre se están practicando en la misma ciudad de Veracruz, para la venta de un solar que posee en aquella Plaza de Armas; presentando al efecto su consentimiento si necesario fuese o del modo que le comunique por sus cartas particulares.
