Doña María de Jesús Fernández del Campo, hija de don Nicolás Manuel Fernández del Campo y de doña Antonia Josefa Serdán Ponce de León, dijo que por previo convenio de sus padres, tenía tratado contraer matrimonio con don Juan José de Urquidi, Subteniente del Regimiento de Infantería de la Corona de esta Nueva España, pero debido a causales que retardaban a dicho Urquidi faltando a lo estipulado, la otorgante se desistió a este contratado enlace; de esta manera otorga por insubsistente los esponsales que tenía contraídos, por lo que ni ahora ni en ningún tiempo se los reclamará.
