Felipe Antonio González, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende a María Felipa Saldaña, viuda de Manuel Jiménez, la mitad de un solar que compró a medias con el citado difunto a los herederos de Antonio Choza, el cual mide 24 varas de frente y 40 varas de fondo, linda al sur con la calle que va de la Plazuela del Rey a los Tecajetes y al fondo con casa de los López, dicha transacción la hace en 45 pesos.
