Doña Inés Díaz de la Cueva, viuda de Francisco Viveros y vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, informa que años atrás, vendió a Gaspar Álvarez, vecino del mismo pueblo, un pedazo de solar de 20 varas de frente y 20 varas de fondo, en la cantidad de 60 pesos de oro común, de la cual no entregó la escritura de su venta en su momento, por lo que a través de la presente hace entrega formal de la escritura de dicha venta.
