Gabriel Fernández de Lara, como principal obligado, y Alonso Pérez de Alamillo, como su fiador, vecinos de la provincia de Tepeaca, se obligaron a pagar a la Masa General de la ciudad de Los Angeles, 120 pesos y 4 tomines de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron y montaron las semillas, ganados y lana, del diezmo del año pasado de 1679, de la hacienda que el principal tiene en arrendamiento nombrada San Andrés, Pago de San Andrés Chalchicomula, cuya propiedad es de Doña Catalina de Estrada, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
