Don Ventura Rosende y don Pedro Miguel Martínez, vecinos de Jalapa, ambos con poder para testar otorgado a su favor por don Domingo Mojo y Testa, difunto, proceden a hacer dicho testamento, en el cual se les otorgó este poder, asimismo los nombró albaceas testamentarios y como herederas universales a doña María Festa, vecina del lugar de Nande, en el reino de Galicia, Reinos de Castilla, madre legítima del difunto, junto con el alma del difunto.
