José Miguel de Sanda, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que vende a Pedro Martínez, de la misma vecindad, un solar de 8 ½ varas de frente y 26 de fondo con una casita de pilares, hecha de cal, canto y piedra, ubicado en el barrio que llaman de las Bochas, que al oriente linda con casa de Francisco Pedrote, al sur con casa y solar que le tocó a su hermana Ana de Rojas, al ponente calle en medio con casa de María la Verteña y al norte con calle que baja para Los Berros. La venta se hace en 75 pesos.
