El Presbítero Alonso José Gatica ex-cura de esta Villa de Xalapa, usando de su cargo como institutor de la misa de doce que se dice los días de fiesta en la parroquia, la colección de la limosna de ella, otorga que ha recibido de José Cabañas, de esta vecindad, 100 pesos, los cuales tenía dicho cabañas en depósito irregular con causa de réditos, por escritura de 12 de junio de 1786, por lo que da por nula y cancelada la escritura.
