Don Baltazar de la Rosa, hijo de los difuntos Juan de la Rosa y de Josefa del Real, otorga su última disposición, en donde declara es casado con Petrona Cortés, quien no llevó nada al matrimonio y él tendría poco más de lo que ahora tiene, por bienes señala poco de maíz y ajuar de casa, menciona que su esposa perdió el juicio por lo que tuvo que internarla en la casa de las locas de México, manda que a su comadre se le de el ajuar que él tiene en su casa, nombra albacea y heredero a su compadre Ramón Granados.
