Don José Carlos de Lesaca, Subteniente de Regimiento de Infantería de la Nueva España, hijo de don Francisco Ramón de Lesaca y de la difunta doña Ana María Merino, residente en la Villa de San Vicente de Austria en Guatemala, próximo a realizar viaje a la Provincia de Nicaragua, otorga su testamento donde declara ser soltero, hijo único y heredero de su madre, cuyos bienes están en poder de su padre, razón por la que pide a su albacea reciba lo que le pertenece de dicha herencia materna, pero en caso de que su padre fallezca antes que él, que su albacea reciba todo junto, tanto su herencia materna como paterna. Nombra por albacea al Capitán don Juan José Vizcardo, y como heredero a dicho su albacea.
