Don Juan Joaquín de Cendoya y Arizabaleta, labrador, vecino y del comercio de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a su hermano don José Manuel de Cendoya, vecino de la provincia de San Luis Potosí, para que en su nombre compre a crédito a don José de Apraiz la fábrica de Beneficiar Salitres en el Real de San Francisco de los Pozos de la Provincia de Potosí, cuyo valor importa 3, 500 pesos, dentro del cual tome a posesión judicial o extrajudicial a pagar en un plazo de 3 ó 4 años en el que se obliga a pagar a través de la escritura de obligación y fianza que ambos hayan acordado.
