Don Manuel de Cano Valle, de esta vecindad y comercio, dijo que como albacea de la finada doña María Ignacia del Valle y Vieyra, viuda de don Pedro García del Valle, y como tutor y curador de los menores hijos de los finados, otorga poder especial al Licenciado don José Lázaro de Villamil vecino de la ciudad de Veracruz, para que en su nombre haya, demande y cobre de la testamentaria de don José Gregorio Sánchez, la cantidad de pesos que como fiador de don Juan Bautista Larrea quedó adeudando al nominado difunto don Pedro García del Valle, practicando al intento cuantas gestiones estime conducentes.
