Doña Rosalía de Sanchinel, vecina de esta Villa, con licencia de su marido don Tomás Antonio de Illanes, vende a don Pedro de Garay y Llanos, vecino y del comercio de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, una casa de cal y piedra cubierta de teja, de edificio bajo, con 11 varas de frente y 57 de fondo, ubicada en la Calle de Tecuanapa con la que hace frente al norte, calle en medio, con casas que fueron de Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña, por el oriente linda con calle que va a las locerías y del otro lado casa de don Pablo Fraile de Santa María, por el poniente con casa de la vendedora, y por el sur con solar de Domingo Roldán. La vende en 4 800 pesos.\t
