Fray Rodrigo de la Fuente, Prior del Hospital del pueblo de Jalapa, de la Orden de la Caridad del Señor San Hipólito, otorga poder al Bachiller Manuel del Pozo, Presbítero residente en la Ciudad de la Puebla, para que en su representación reciba y cobre del mayordomo que es del Hospital de San Pedro de esa ciudad, 100 pesos de oro común del noveno y medio que se adjudicó al Hospital de Jalapa desde 1637, en cuya razón le entregó escritura de transacción y concierto entre la parte del Hospital Real del Señor San Pedro y la del pueblo de Jalapa, fechado el 16 de enero de 1706 con obligación de pagar 100 pesos en cada año.
