Don Miguel de Soto, dueño de hacienda de labor, vecino de la jurisdicción de San Juan de los Llanos, ha recibido de don Diego de Castro y Gamboa y de Luis Fernández de Ulloa, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, 1, 000 pesos de oro común, que por hacerle bien y buena obra se los suplió por mitad en reales de contado, de los cuales se da por entregado obligándose a pagarlos a cada uno su mitad en trigo de 14 arrobas al precio en que vendiera la mayor parte de su cosecha el Capitán Juan de Malpica.
