Miguel de Luna Bandelvira, cura de este pueblo, Juan Antonio de Arce y Arroyo, Alcalde Mayor y Capitán de Guerra, y el Capitán José Camino y Velasco tienen convenido con el Maestro Cirujano Luis Carmona, para que les asista junto con sus familias en las curaciones y enfermedades que tengan por el tiempo de 3 años, pagando cada uno de los otorgantes 25 pesos anuales, a excepción de José Antonio Rincón, el Alférez Jerónimo de Acosta y otros, quienes han de dar diferentes cantidades anuales, y estando dicho cirujano como principal, Jaime Trillo como su fiador, y Bartolomé de Castro, como donador de las medicinas que se necesiten, se obligan a cumplir con lo establecido en esta escritura.
