Doña Catarina García, viuda de Juan Martín Blanco, tutora y tenedora de sus hijos, dijo que su marido vendió a Pedro López, una casa de paredes cubierta de tejas que tenía en este pueblo en el Barrio de la Laguna, labrada en tierras de la Cofradía de la Concepción, que está entre la casa de Casilda Ramona y de Sebastián Domínguez; a dicha casa le pertenecen las varas de frente con calle al oriente, por el sur y norte linda con tierras de la Cofradía y al poniente con solar de Andrea, al precio de 100 pesos y con la condición de que se reconociera el sitio de dicha Cofradía.
