Don José María de Santa María, labrador en esta jurisdicción, otorga poder especial a don José María Campoverde, también vecino de esta jurisdicción, para que en su nombre y representación, exija y recoja judicial o extrajudicialmente de don Antonio María de Casas, un cuaderno de actuaciones judiciales que en su poder dejó doña Victoria de Echeverría, cuando le arrendó un pedazo de terreno que pertenecía a su difunto marido, ubicado en el llano de Mastatlan [Maxtatlán]. Y como injustamente se niega Casas a la entrega de dicho cuaderno, haga todas las presentaciones, actos, agencias y diligencias que sean necesarias hasta obtener el cuaderno.
