Manuela de Acosta, viuda de Francisco de la Peña, vecina de este pueblo de Jalapa, vende a Vicente Alfaro, maestro de herrador, una casa de madera y pared, techada de tejas, con 12 varas de solar de las 24 que le compró a María de Peñalosa, como consta en la escritura de 31 de mayo, cuya casa y solar hace frente hacia el poniente con el callejón que del Puente que llaman de Lagos sube para el cerro de Macuiltépetl y del otro lado tierra de las Benditas Ánimas, al norte linda con solar de Gaspar Roldán, al oriente que es el fondo por donde tiene 41 varas y linda con solar de Juan Licona y otro Julián Rodríguez, y al sur con las otras 12 varas que pertenecen a su hija María de la Peña, mujer de Felipe Palmeros. La venta la hace en 165 pesos.
