Don Juan Francisco Fernández Gil, Administrador de Rentas Reales de San Luis Potosí, hace donación en calidad de dote, de 1 500 pesos fuertes de plata del cuño mexicano corriente, a favor de su hija legítima María Josefa Úrsula, de estado doncella menor de edad, cuya cantidad queda en poder de su hijo político don Jerónimo Díaz Quijano, vecino y del comercio de Veracruz, casado con su otra hija legítima doña María Rafaela, para entregárselo siempre que tome estado, siendo condición que el que así fuere ha de ser a gusto y con pleno consentimiento del otorgante.
