Doña María Isabel de Echeagaray, viuda y albacea testamentaria del difunto don Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña, nombrada como tal en un poder para testar de fecha 3 de agosto de 1792, en esta Villa de Xalapa, de donde la otorgante es vecina, y usando dicho nombramiento, otorga poder especial al Presbítero Ramón Cardeña y Gallardo, su hijo, para que también como albacea de su difunto marido, se presente en el Juzgado de Bienes de Difuntos de la Ciudad de México, donde se encuentran los autos de la testamentaria del citado difunto y siga, fenezca y termine, hasta conseguir lo que le corresponde.
