Doña Josefa, mujer de don Diego Sánchez, doña Luisa, don José Ignacio y don Rafael Reyes, dijeron que su difunto padre heredó un solar, mismo que otorgan venden a don Roque Ortiz, ubicado en la calle que llaman de Tomás de Campos y que va a la Alameda con la que hace frente al poniente, por donde tiene 14 varas, por el costado del norte linda con casa y solar que fue de los abuelos de los otorgantes y hoy es de Juan José Garibay, al oriente que es el fondo con tierras de la Cofradía de la Concepción, y por el costado del sur con solar y casa de don Joaquín Terrazas; la venta la hacen en 100 pesos.
