Don Andrés Rojo Rodríguez[Rodríguez Rojo], vecino de este pueblo, otorga que vende a don José de Robles, un solar de 15 varas y algo más de frente, y el fondo correspondiente hasta llegar a la calle de Carlos Roso, el cual hace una cuchilla y linda su frente hacia el poniente con la Calle de la Amargura de este dicho pueblo, y del otro lado de la expresada calle con casas de don Francisco de Ochoa y de don Francisco Mendaro, y por el costado del sur con casa y solar de Mariana Méndez, mujer de don Manuel de Alfaro, al oriente remata con la expresada calle de Carlos Roso, al norte con solar del otorgante; propiedad que da al precio de 110 pesos.
