Cristóbal López de la Plata, vecino de Jalapa, hijo legítimo de Don Francisco López y de Doña Victoria de León, difuntos, vecinos que fueron de la ciudad de Sevilla, en los reinos de Castilla, de donde es natural el otorgante, estando enfermo en cama y en su entero juicio, dio su poder cumplido al Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano, al Capitán Don Francisco de la Higuera Matamoros, dueños de ingenios y vecinos de esta jurisdicción, y al Alférez Gonzalo Márquez de Acevedo, vecino de Jalapa, para que en su nombre hagan y ordenen su testamento, con las cláusulas, declaraciones y mandas que les tiene comunicado.
