Don Pedro Báez, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, albacea de la difunta Gertrudis Socorro, otorga que vende al Señor Anastasio Amaya, una casa baja de cal y canto cubierta de teja, con 33 y media varas de frente que lo hace al norte, y 32 y 3 cuartas varas de fondo al oriente, y 38 y cuarta varas al poniente; linda por un lado con solar del otorgante, al oriente con una vereda o callejón que baja a la calle de la Laguna, hace frente con la calle Real y con la Iglesia del Señor San José, al fondo con solar de los naturales. La vende por precio de 425 pesos.
