Don Anastasio Cruz, vecino de esta Villa, Mayordomo de la Cofradía de San José de la Laguna, ha recibido de don Domingo de la Rosa, de esta vecindad, por conducto del presente escribano, don Juan Francisco Cardeña, la cantidad de 200 pesos pertenecientes a dicha Cofradía, cuya cantidad reconocía don Domingo de la Rosa a premio con hipoteca de una casa ubicada en la esquina de la Calle de la Laguna para los Berros, contigua a la tenería, según consta de escritura otorgada el 30 de julio de 1798, la cual queda cancelada por la presente.
