El Doctor Agustín Sánchez de Ledezma, Cura de la doctrina de Jalapa, albacea testamentaria de Juana Agustina de la Gala, quien dispuso en cláusula de testamento tener entre sus bienes una casa de madera cubierta de paja fabricada en solar propio, la que no le pertenece del todo, por lo que deja se ajusten con Manuela Infante y demás personas que pretendan derecho, y con quien convino le vendería la casa con 34 varas por cada viento y 15 varas en cuadro pero se le asignaron a Matías Licona y a Juan de Rivera, dueños legítimos que quedaron en otra cláusula, por tanto se desiste y aparta de sus derechos cediéndolos a los mencionados.
