Sebastián Pérez, vecino de la jurisdicción de Teziutlán, criador de ganado menor, como principal obligado, y el Bachiller Miguel Pérez de Medina, Presbítero, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 335 pesos 7 tomines y 6 granos de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron el diezmo de semillas y un potro del año pasado de 1678, de la hacienda de La Concepción, de la hacienda de José Gómez de la Parra, y la de Don Francisco Guerrero y Alcántara, para fin del mes de febrero de 1680.
