Bartolomé de Castro, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, se obliga a pagar al Licenciado Juan de Palafox y Mayorga, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, 300 pesos de oro común, en el término de 5 años los cuales se cumplirán el 8 de junio de 1724, cuya cantidad por carta de crédito había dado a Juan Rodríguez de Tejada, vecino de la Puebla y por vía de convenio y concordia y evitar pleitos se allana a pagar de su cuenta y orden al dicho Licenciado Juan de Palafox.
