Don José Manuel Jiménez, vecino en la hacienda de Cuautotolapa de la municipalidad de Perote, de cuya identidad atestiguan don Bernardo Sayago y don Antonio José Peredo, de esta vecindad, otorga que por sí y como albacea heredero del Presbítero don José María Fuentes, vecino que fue de la referida hacienda, da todo su poder a don Ángel Narciso de Ochoa y Ortega, para que a nombre del comparente como tal albacea y heredero del nominado presbítero, gestiones jurídica y extrajudicialmente cuando conduzca al giro y conclusión de la testamentaría de ese finado. Y se lo confiere general para todos los asuntos, pleitos, causas y negocios que al presente tiene o en adelante se le ofrecieren ya fueran suyo o relativos a la testamentaría.
