Antonio Primo de Rivera, Teniente General de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, habiendo visto los autos anteriores y la disposición de Josefa María de Castro, viuda de Esteban Mojica, declara que lo contenido en dicho papel firmado por Alonso Fernández, Nicolás Leonardo Ramos y de Francisco López, por testamento nuncupativo, se debe cumplir en todo por ser la última voluntad de dicha Josefa, señalando como herederos de los bienes a los legítimos hijos y marido, y para que como tal se ejecute manda que todos los autos se protocolicen en el registro de escrituras públicas del presente Escribano.
