Doña Nicolasa Ruiz, vecina de la provincia de San Juan de los Llanos, como principal obligada, y Don Jacinto Ruiz de la Mota, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 159 pesos 3 tomines de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron las semillas y ganados, del diezmo del año pasado de 1678, de la hacienda de los otorgantes y que compraron al Lic. Juan González de Castro, presbítero, colector de diezmos, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
